After an initial deep-dive session where we map out your goals and health history, we’ll meet regularly (usually biweekly) for personalized coaching calls. Between sessions, you’ll have check-ins, action steps, and ongoing support from me — so you never feel like you’re doing this alone.
Most clients work with me for 4–6 months to create lasting change. That said, the timeline is flexible — we’ll decide what makes the most sense based on your goals and progress.
I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, but I support women dealing with things like adrenal fatigue, PMS, perimenopause, stress-related weight gain, and digestive issues through nutrition and lifestyle coaching. If you’re under a doctor’s care, we’ll make sure everything we do complements your medical plan.
